General Terms and Conditions
No call out charge*
No call out charge applies if the problem is diagnosed and/or rectified by ourselves.
Applies to calls received between the hours of 8.30 am and 17.00 pm Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays and or national annual holidays.
12 Month Workmanship Guarantee
Workmanship guarantee is from one year from completed work not including parts and materials unless found to be made defect by ourselves, this does not affect manufacturers warranty on all parts supplied by ourselves.No responsibility can be held by ourselves for materials/appliances supplied by the customer.
Any information given in relation to supplied products are solely the responsibility of the manufacturers as any information given will be correct at the time of sale/installation according to manufacturer instructions/claims. This to include any manufacturers warranty or claims of performance.
Gas Safety Inspection
Any change or alteration to gas appliances and or gas supply without our knowledge after the annual Gas safety certificate CP12 has been carried out by Irving p.h.g on the property will not be our responsibility and will void original Safety certificate for the remainder of the year.
Any works required to bring the system in line with current Gas Safe Regulations in order to issue the safety certificate are classed as extra works to the original price of the inspection.
Boiler service does not include any gaskets or essential washers that are required via the manufacturer instructions. These will be invoiced separately if required, a small percentage of new high efficiency condensing boilers require this, service relates to service checks in accordance with manufacturers instructions /standard cleaning of boiler combustion chamber on standard efficiency models (if required from differential pressure check on condensing boilers) / Combustion analysis (condensing only) / visual inspection and gas pressure/usage checks.
On entering an agreement of works only the new installation of materials supplied by Irving p.h.g and the work agreed shall be deemed our responsibility, no responsibility can be ours in regards to condition of pipework or appliances not touched, altered or
replaced by ourselves.
Chip and Pin
The use of Pay Pal Chip and pin carries the following charges
3% to be added to the invoice total at time of completion for debit cards
5% of Credit Cards

HomeCare Package Terms and Conditions
Offer applies per dwelling from gas meter shut off valve and cold mains stopcock at the external boundary.
Any change or alteration to gas appliances and or gas supply without our knowledge after the annual Gas safety certificate has been carried out by ourselves under the HomeCare Package, will not be our responsibility and will void original Safety certificate unless asked to carry out another safety check at a cost of £60.00 plus v.a.t as soon as the change has occurred providing any gas works carried out has been done so by a registered gas safe engineer.
No responsibility can be taken by ourselves for damage caused to gas appliances or pipework within the properties borders including flues, vents, programmers and thermostats that are caused not by ourselves after initial safety check has been undertaken.
Any works required to bring the system in line with current Gas Safe Regulations in order to issue the safety certificate are not covered under the HomeCare package and therefore will be charged on an agreement.

*Free call out applies to premises unlimited throughout the year providing that there is a genuine reason for calling out related to either the plumbing, heating or gas. This is to include the initial call of thirty minutes at premises £80 per hour thereafter, any parts required will be invoiced. Free call out applies to calls received between the hours of 8.30 am and 17.00 pm Monday to Friday 9.00am - 12.00 p.m Saturday, not including Sunday, bank holidays and or national or annual holidays.
Not to include the setting or resetting of programmers/time clocks and or thermostats.
Communication with yourself can be requested before any works commence, contact details should be provided by yourselves, no responsibility can be taken if no contact can be made in the case of an emergency leak or no hot water or heating within winter periods or any other period when attending the property. In these instances, a message will be left (voicemail or email if applicable) and the property made safe in the simplest manner i.e. In the case of a burst internal pipe the water will be shut off at the stopcock.
With your (you the landlord / Homeowner) permission on taking the cover any works not exceeding £150.00 and are deemed necessary may be undertaken by ourselves without contact with yourselves by ourselves. This can be discussed when initially setting up the package.
Cancellation: In the event of policy being cancelled the remainder of the annual contract not exceeding £156.00 plus any charges for parts owing shall be made payable to ourselves in full within 14 days of written cancellation to ourselves.
Any missed payments will incur a £20.00 charge to cover bank and administration charges.
Any and all information held by ourselves will be classed as confidential and protected under the Data Protection Act 1998, except email communication as no guarantee can be given against corruption and or viruses.
Payment can be made via cheque, standing order or BACS payment.
