Unlimited Call-Out Support

Home Plan members benefit from unlimited call-outs during business hours for genuine issues relating to plumbing, heating, gas, or drainage systems across Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Westgate-on-Sea, Birchington, and the wider Thanet area.

Each visit includes an initial diagnostic period of up to 30 minutes to identify the fault, resolve the issue where possible, or advise on the most appropriate solution. If further labour or parts are required, a clear quotation will always be provided before any work proceeds.
