Unlimited Call-Out Support
Home Plan members benefit from unlimited call-outs during business hours for genuine issues relating to plumbing, heating, gas or drainage systems.
Each visit includes an initial diagnostic period of up to 30 minutes to identify the fault, resolve the issue where possible, or advise on the most appropriate solution. If further labour or parts are required, a clear quotation will always be provided before work proceeds.
Our priority is always to resolve the issue during the initial visit wherever possible.

Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Closed Sundays, bank holidays and national holidays
Annual Boiler Service
Your annual boiler service helps ensure your appliance operates safely and efficiently.
Our service includes:

✔ Gas pressure and safety checks
✔ Combustion analysis where applicable
✔ Standard cleaning of the combustion chamber
Regular servicing also helps maintain manufacturer warranty and extend the life of your boiler.
Please note: Any gaskets or manufacturer-specific parts required for your boiler, as per manufacturer instructions, are invoiced separately if needed.
